NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TAKE NOTICE THAT the 2020 annual general meeting (AGM) of CMCA will be held:

            Date: Saturday, September 26, 2020

            Time: 10 a.m. 

            Place: Westcastle Room, CMR Day Lodge

The Province of Alberta is no longer permitting non-profit societies such as CMCA to hold meetings virtually or to defer them due to Covid-19.  Therefore, this will be an in-person meeting.

We will ask all attendees to register upon entry, wear masks and respect provincial health and social distancing recommendations. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at the door. 

To minimize the number of attendees, to help social distancing in seating, this year please do not bring guests and consider voting by Proxy.
