Hello Castle Mountain Community Members!
It’s time to renew your Annual CMCA membership! For a refresher, Memberships are $20 each for adults over 18. Children are free. The membership year is Jan 1 to Dec 31. Your membership fees and donations enable us to continue to our community events and improvements. They include pot lucks, King and Queen Race, Movie Night, Annual Carnival, trail maintenance, playground maintenance, fire smart activities, New Years Fireworks and much more
We have purchased a membership software package. It is quite straightforward and uses a lot of the same functionality of online systems. Your email address is YOUR USERNAME! For instance, if we contact you at yourname@emailsystem.com then that is your username. Once you enter it please choose “Forgot password” and the system will let you choose a password. Whenever you use this system, you will need to log in. Once you log in, choose your membership choice. We have CMCA Annual Memberships $20 – $40 (this is used for an individual membership or a 2 person membership) and Newsletter Only (to be used for people who only wish to get the Lift Line and NO other emails or information).
This system mainly uses credit cards. Just follow the prompts and please notice that you can also choose auto renew! A Great option!
If you do not have a credit card you can continue to e-transfer to treasuercmca@gmail.com and we will confirm it with you.
When you work through the system you will be able to update information. There is also a tag for additional family members. Although we would love to have all people over the age of 18 have their own membership, we realize there are circumstances that make this option a great alternative. Just enter their name and email address under the Additional family and they will receive all our news! You can also use this option for more than one email address per individual. You can enter your name and a 1 then enter your additional email address.
This system will also be used for Fund Raising efforts. Our first fundraiser is for our beloved News Years Fireworks! If not for community support these could not continue. Hopefully you will find it as easy as following the system.
